Friday, October 23

Arrive

  • Noon to 4:00 pmLand at SFO, transfer to the estate in Pope Valley. The drive up the valley is about two hours.
  • EveningWelcome drinks and dinner at the estate. Nothing scheduled, nothing to get ready for. Arrive when you arrive.

Saturday, October 24

The long day

  • 8:00 amBreakfast at RISA Ranch.
  • 9:00 amOpen at the ranch. Pool, cedar hot tub, 150 acres of trails.
  • 11:45 amDepart for Merryvale.
  • 12:30 pmArrive at Merryvale, straight to lunch in the Cask Room.
  • 1:45 pmKeynote: Event Campaigns.
  • 2:30 pmGroup Project Therapy. Bring one live problem, get the room, leave with three options and a chosen path.
  • 3:30 pmFifteen-minute break.
  • 3:45 pmWinery tour, then happy hour and canapes. Outside if the weather allows, and it usually does.
  • 6:00 pmDinner at Merryvale.
  • 8:00 pmDepart for RISA Ranch.
  • 9:00 pmNightcap and s'mores by the fire.

Sunday, October 25

Depart

  • 8:00 amBreakfast at the estate, optional yoga, then transfers to SFO for flights noon to 2:00 pm.

Our guest, start to finish.

  • Your flight. JET books a coach ticket from your home airport and confirms the times with you. Want a better seat? Once the reservation is in your name, upgrade directly with the airline.
  • Ground. A driver from SFO to the estate and everywhere in between. You will not touch a rental counter.
  • Two nights at RISA Ranch. A private 150-acre estate in Pope Valley: ten bedrooms, heated pool, cedar hot tub, tennis court, trails.
  • Every meal, every glass, every activity. From Friday's welcome drinks to Sunday breakfast.
  • Pack light. Layers for cool valley evenings, and something for yoga if you want it.

A private estate on 150 acres: main house, pool house, and a cottage, gardens featured in Martha Stewart Living, a pond, and a resident chef. Twenty-six minutes from St. Helena.

Merryvale Vineyards, St. Helena

Napa's first winery built after Prohibition. Saturday runs here from lunch through dinner, the Cask Room reserved for this group alone, with the tour and happy hour out on the property.
