Friday, October 23

Arrive

  • Early afternoonLand at SFO between noon and 2:00 pm. A driver meets you at baggage claim; the drive up the valley is about two hours.
  • Late afternoonSettle in at RISA Ranch. A glass on the deck, the pool, the pond.
  • 6:00 pmReception on the terrace at Merryvale Vineyards in St. Helena, then dinner in the private Cask Room.

Saturday, October 24

The one focused morning

  • 7:00 amOptional yoga at the estate.
  • 10:00 amBreakfast in the Cask Room, then about two hours of content: a keynote on running one program for every stakeholder, a short session from Jay and Aleksandra on what we see across the portfolio, and a closed-door roundtable on the problems you are actually carrying. Chatham House rule.
  • NoonFamily-style lunch at the winery.
  • AfternoonYour choice: a private session in the vineyards, or an unhurried afternoon at the estate.
  • EveningCocktails on the terrace and dinner under the oaks at the ranch.

Sunday, October 25

Depart

  • MorningBreakfast at the ranch, optional yoga, one more walk.
  • Late morningDrivers to SFO for early-afternoon flights.

  • Your flight. JET books a coach ticket from your home airport and confirms the times with you. Want a better seat? Once the reservation is in your name, upgrade directly with the airline.
  • Ground. A driver from SFO to the estate and everywhere in between. You will not touch a rental counter.
  • Two nights at RISA Ranch. A private 150-acre estate in Pope Valley: ten bedrooms, heated pool, cedar hot tub, tennis court, trails.
  • Every meal, every glass, every activity. From the Friday reception to Sunday breakfast.
  • Pack light. Layers for cool valley evenings, and something for yoga if you want it.

Napa's first winery built after Prohibition. Friday dinner and Saturday's morning session happen in the Cask Room, reserved for this group alone.
